An eight-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class, designed to help decrease stress and improve health and well-being taught by Scott Sweet, LCSW, LCAC, kicks off this month in Indianapolis. Classes will begin January 30 and 31 with two class options of 8:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesdays and 3:30 to 6 p.m. Thursdays.
