Indianapolis-area residents who are interested in plantbased hemp CBD wellness and education are invited to attend Happy Hemp CBD Health and Education – Indy, a free, monthly, meet-up in Fishers. The next meeting will be held at 7 p.m. March 21 at the Community Health Pavilion Saxony.

Organized by Pam Trapp, the meetings offer an opportunity for attendees to learn, discuss and share experiences and resources related to legal THC-free CBD alternative health resources.

Cannabidiol, known commonly as CBD, has been studied for years regarding its potential use in treating a variety of acute and chronic health issues, including depression and anxiety, as well as chronic pain and cancer. Proponents of CBD believe that regular use of the oil can alleviate pain and symptoms associated with common health conditions, including inflammation, and nausea related to medical treatment and/or medication use.

Location: 13121 Olio Rd., Fishers. For more information, call 317-489-7129 or visit DeliriousHappyLife.com.
