CITYOGA Offers Winter Solstice Double-Gong Celebration
Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Hari Datti Kaur, is offering a winter solstice full moon, double-gong immersion celebration from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. on December 22 at CITYOGA, in Indianapolis.
Area residents are invited to experience the healing power of the double-gong celebration this holiday season. Light breath work and the gong helps release stress and allows the mind to find a still point. Yogi Tea and community time will be offered afterward.
Attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat or blanket on which they can lie down and a cushion for sitting on the floor. Children that are capable of sitting quietly for an hour are also welcome at the event.
Cost: $20 ($15 prior to Dec. 9). Location: 2442 N. Central Ave., Indianapolis. For more information, contact Hari Datti Kaur at 317-430-3875 or email HariDattiKaur@gmail.com. Register at CITYOGA.biz.
